Section 2: Next Steps

In this space, you can feel like you are powerless and that your choices are limited. This is untruth founded in fear based on your experiences.  There is a way out. Awareness of what is happening is a large part of moving out of it. You are not alone. You can heal.

Healing will help you move into a space where you can step back into the power of your choice. We have listed some resources in the next section, and they are a great place to start.  We will also be offering live seminars and online courses that will provide strategies and steps to move from victim to victor—for any reason you may find yourself a victim.
